- To procure and deliver of goods and services to meet the requirement of stakeholders for both local and oversea.
- Implement appropriate bidding strategies, negotiation and monitoring of contract performance.
- To ensure that contracts are procured and awarded in accordance with all related Company’s policies and procurement procedures by effective solution.
- To ensure to deliver purchasing tools e.g. Blanket order to match with the category in the purchasing portfolio.
- Take reasonable care of the health and safety in procurement process to comply with safety health and environment procedures and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 0-2 years experiences in sourcing and procurement works in power plant, petrochemical or heavy industry is preferable.
- Experiences in Material management program, Using of Maximo is preferable.
- Having service-minded and understand the need of stakeholders
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Work under pressure against deadline
- Able to work under pressure with highly responsible, analytical and systematic.
- Able to hybrid working (On site and remote working)
- Base in Rayong province. (Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate), Driving license is preferable.
