Assistant Manager Marketing / Marketing Manager - Burger & Dessert

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for the Burger & Dessert Division. Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve business objectives while maintaining financial discipline.
Market Trends and Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in the burger and dessert category. Use market insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
7+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in QSR or food and beverage industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making.
