- Responsible for all accounting activities related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash flow forecasts, cash management, tax, and budget.
- Prepare bank loan documents such as Promissory Notes (P/N).
- Manage international financial transactions, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), D/A (Documents Against Acceptance), D/P (Documents Against Payment), L/C (Letter of Credit), and T/R (Telegraphic Remittance).
- Manage and control FX Forward contracts to mitigate exchange rate risks.
- Oversee the company’s cash cycle, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
- Monitor and supervise accounting transactions, including AP and AR.
- Verify all payments through cheques and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor daily exchange rate fluctuations.
- Verify all bank remittances, including both local and overseas transfers.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheet, cash flow, and general ledger accounts.
- Forecast cash flow (Cash-in-flow / Cash-out flow) and prepare budgets accordingly.
- Conduct transaction reconciliations, month-end closures, and year-end closures, and prepare all related financial reports to meet month-end reporting timelines.
- Manage all tax matters, including income tax, tax returns, tax refunds, and half-year and year-end tax submissions.
- Control and review accounting and financial analysis reports for executives on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.
- Age not over 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or accounting roles.
- Experience in a public company is preferred.
- CPA or CPD license is preferred.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, Excel, accounting software, and databases.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with strong leadership skills, service-minded, well-organized, active, quick learner, and good relationship-building skills.
- Good command of English.
