Senior Sales Executive (Cinema Business)
Major Cineplex Group Public Co., Ltd.
- Cinema Space Sales & Leasing:
Develop and propose full-cinema floor rental packages for movie screenings and various in-house events. Actively seek new clients while nurturing existing customer relationships to secure long-term contracts.
- Booking & Coordination:
Manage the booking and cancellation of cinema screenings and venue space, collaborating closely with the programming team. Prepare and issue formal notifications and documents to film studios and partners.
- Sales Forecasting & Performance Monitoring:
Regularly update sales performance data to facilitate accurate forecasting and monitor overall performance. Ensure that targets are met and adjustments are made as necessary.
- Marketing & Promotional Activities:
Create key art and promotional materials for team activities and special events (e.g., special price screenings, Open House events). Collaborate with colleagues to develop creative initiatives that foster a dynamic work environment and boost sales.
- Creative Engagement:
Assist in brainstorming and executing various initiatives to enhance team morale, encourage a fun and productive work atmosphere, and drive overall sales performance.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a professional approach to closing deals.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Skilled in developing marketing plans and creating packages that effectively meet customer needs.
