 Report directly to CEO

- Construction and Project management team to ensure that all construction

projects and business Units MEET GOAL

- Support team to ensure that all functions team in supply chain smoothly and efficiently

Asset and Property Management team to ensure that companies’ asset is

always in proper condition.

- Sales and Marketing team to ensure that sales volume meets target.

- Develop outsourcing plan and monitor/evaluate their performance.

- Reduce all sunk and unnecessary operating costs.

- Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective.

- Initiate strategic plan to increase employee motivation and corroboration

- Establish policies to promote employee’s engagement.

- Supervise administrative teams and decide/support them to solve issues.

Qualification

• At least 5-15 years experiences in high management level
• Good knowledge in business management, real estate and interior construction
• Age 35-40
• Strong teamwork skill
• Decision making and problem-solving skill
• Strategic and creative thinking is required
• English and computer skill is common required
