- นำเสนอ งาน ออกแบบ, สามารถ นำทีม ร่วมวางแผนผลิตภัณฑ์สถาปัตยกรรมของบริษัทฯ นวัตกรรม เทคโนโลยี ใหม่ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้โดยรวม สามารถ นำเสนอแนวคิดของผลิตภัณฑ์ สถาปัตยกรรม งานตกแต่งภายใน / งาน สนับสนุนงานตกแต่ง เช่น Loose Furniture and Prop ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถ นำเสนอ การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ทำเลที่ตั้งโครงการ ติดต่อประสานงาน ร่วมกับ ผู้ออกแบบ ทั้งแนวราบและ แนวสูง
- รวบรวมแบบและประสานงาน แบบระหว่างผู้ออกแบบและ Consult ในการดำเนินการขออนุญาตก่อสร้างอาคาร
- เป็นผู้ประสานงาน กับฝ่าย Sales และ Marketing และส่วนงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างดี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม ออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถ ใช้ Microsoft Office , BIM ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3Dmax, Sketchup, Adobe CS และโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
- ประสบการณ์ตรง 3-5ปี ขึ้นไป ด้านการพัฒนาแบบ วางผังโครงการ และควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง (Construction Design Development) ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาแบบ อ่านแบบ และ ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง (Construction Design Development)
- สามารถเดินทางได้ทุกโครงการของบริษัท
