- ฝึกอบรมการใช้งาน Application Software ให้ผู้ใช้งาน และ จัดทำเอกสารคู่มือการใช้งานระบบ ร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยชาญ และ สนับสนุนระบบ (Application Specialist) หรือ Vendors
- จัดทำเอกสาร Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Process Description, ER Diagram และ Data Dictionary เพื่อส่งมอบเป็นคู่มือให้กับทีมงาน
- บำรุงดูแลรักษาระบบ พร้อมทั้ง แก้ปัญหาซอฟแวร์ ที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างใช้งาน
- รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน ปัญหาที่พบ และแนวทางแก้ไข ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเขียนโปรแกรม ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานในการใช้งาน Internet Information Service (IIS), Apacha หรือ XAMPP อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง
- สามารถใช้ภาษา C#, ASP.NET, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Data Structure, Relationship Database ทั้ง SQL Server, Mysql รวมไปถึงการเขียนภาษา SQL Script, Store Procedure, Triger, Function ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการของ RESTful API และสามารถเขียน Authorization การใช้ API เบื้องต้นได้
- สามารถบริการจัดการงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ทันตามกำหนดอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ และ ชอบที่จะเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ พร้อมนำมาปรับใช้ในองค์กร
