• Sales Management: Lead inside sales activities, including the promotion and sales of NDT Equipment.
• CRM Utilization: Effectively use the CRM platform to manage quotes, deals, activities, and reporting.
• Pre-Sales Consultancy: Provide expert pre-sales consultancy to assist potential customers in understanding our products and services.
• Business Development: Proactively promote and source new sales opportunities in different market segments to expand our customer base.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing support to achieve collective sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably within the NDT industry or a related technical field, but Not Limited.
• Strong knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing preferred, but Not Limited.
• Knowledge of Industrial automation and control system is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate yourself to achieve the goals.
