Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to support the technical operations of NDT equipment. The role focuses on providing technical expertise, installation, calibration, and customer training, as well as offering support for troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background, with an interest in NDT systems, and will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure equipment functionality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and technical troubleshooting of NDT equipment to ensure operational reliability.

• Technical Support: Offer in-depth technical support to customers, addressing technical issues and queries effectively.

• Installation and Calibration: Perform installation and calibration of NDT equipment at customer sites, ensuring precise and accurate functionality.

• Customer Training: Provide training to customers on the correct usage, maintenance, and best practices for NDT equipment.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical records, including service reports, calibration data, and customer interactions.

• Field Service: Deliver on-site support to customers, ensuring quick resolution of technical issues.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to deliver technical insights and ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, or related field).

• Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is an advantage.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong interest in technical problem-solving, engineering, and customer support.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Communicated well in English
