• Inside Sales Management: Responsible for inside sales activities, including the promotion and sales of NDT Equipment.
• CRM Utilization: Effectively use the CRM platform to manage quotes, deals, activities, and reporting.
• Pre-Sales Consultancy: Provide expert pre-sales consultancy to assist potential customers in understanding our products and services.
• Business Development: Proactively promote and source new sales opportunities in different market segments to expand our customer base.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or Electricity preferred but not limited.)
• Basic knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing is preferred but not mandatory.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in sales with skills in closing, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Experiences with distributors and channel management preferred but not limited.
• Candidates with a keen interest in sales and marketing, even with lesser sales experience, are encouraged to apply
