Hr Officer (Recruitment & Traning)
HERBA BANGKOK S.L.- Plan and execute recruitment strategies according to organizational needs (Both BKK and NK)
- Manage the interview and candidate selection process
- Preparing report regarding manpower, recrutment status
- Design and manage training programs for new and existing employees
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare outcome reports
- Build and maintain good relationships with candidates, employees, and department managers
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum of 1 -3 years in recruitment and training or lelated field
- Proficient in both spoken and written in English
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
- Familiarity with labor laws and related regulations
- Proficiency in computer skills and HR-related software (e.g., HRMI)
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple departments
