AMPACK.CO.,LTD• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures that align with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Monitor market trends to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry regulations, including the BRC or Fssc22000 for Packaging Materials.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate effective communication and negotiation.
• Develop KPIs departmental and individual KPIs that align with the company's objectives.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Have knowledge in Re-order point and EOQ or stock control will be advantage
• Implement cost control measures to achieve budgetary goals.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier performance and preparing reports in accordance with company policies
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs for team members.
• Approve purchase orders and contracts within the authorized budget limits.
• Other tasks or responsibilities that may be assigned.
