- Design outline M&E system for building follows owner requirement.
- Rough estimation cost.
- Check to ensure all technical aspects of the projects have complied with particular specifications, general specifications, contract drawings & BOQ.
- Attend meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, report, etc.) with the consultant to discuss key issues related to the project.
- Law & Regulation check for construction work and any relation.
- Make Quotation & Comparison sheet follow owner requirement.
- Make a civil worklist for the M&E system.
- Other related tasks as an assignment.
- Thai Nationality, 30-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
- At least 3-7 years of working experience in M&E function. Able to work upcountry (Construction Site)
- High responsibility, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001
- Good skills in Auto CAD, Sketchup, BIM, and Revit.
- Associate Mechanical Engineer License**
- Good communicate in English. (TOEIC scored 550)
- Able to start immediately, take special consideration.
