- Procure of construction materials and sub-contractors
- Evaluation, negotiation and selection of vendors and subcontractors
- Check quantity, standard, scope of work, material accuracy and market price
- Compare prices, material specification, methods and schedule
- Prepare and check documents for procurement (RFO/PO/WO) and contract agreement
- Check the work done as ordered at the construction site
- Work corporate and coordinate with other sections: design, estimation, accounting, construction team, etc.
- Male or Female
- Age 35-40 years
- Experiences in Construction field 10-15 years
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Related field.
- Good Communication in English
- Procurement Strategy, Contract Agreement Understanding
- Professional Licence : Associate Engineer (if any)
