📌 Human Resources (HR) Duties
Support document preparation for recruitment and employee selection
Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records
Manage training documents and processes, including registration, coordination with trainers, and record-keeping
Assist with labour relations and employee training programs
📌 Administrative & Government Liaison Duties
Process Non-B Visa and Work Permit applications for foreign employees
Renew and ensure compliance with visa & work permit regulations
Coordinate with internal departments and government agencies
Manage company documents such as business certifications, office supplies procurement, and lease agreements
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
📌 Japanese Language Advantage (Preferred)
Communicate and coordinate with Japanese and Burmese employees
Translate documents and assist in meetings when necessary
✅ Age: Not over 30 years old
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
✅ Work Experience: At least 1-2 years in HR, administration, visa & work permit processing, or related fields
✅ Required Skills:
HR document management such as employment contracts, social security, and employee records
Training document management, including registration, coordination with trainers, and maintaining employee training records
Visa & work permit processing for foreign employees
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, government online systems)
Good English communication skills (reading and writing official documents, communicating with foreign employees)
Japanese language skills will be given special consideration
Coordination with government agencies such as the Department of Employment, Immigration Office, and Ministry of Labour
