- Check the efficiency of production operations to run smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity.
- Monitor production efficiency and develop strategies to improve.
- Manage the production team and monitor operations to achieve goals and objectives.
- Check the production process to ensure compliance with safety requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor and report production indicators such as costs, efficiency, waste, and yield.
- Maintain documents regarding production activities.
- Analyze what needs to be improved in the production process and develop a plan to solve those problems
- Respond and solve production problems.
- Prepare and deliver reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in science, Industrial Education, Business, Management or related field.
- 0-5 years+ experience in production supervisor
- Good command of English (TOEIC 350+)
- Able to work 6 days per week and working in shift.
- Bonus 2 times / year (guarantee 2 months at least)
