Responsibilities

Key duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process, including processing purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO), as well as tracking goods.

• Prepare bank guarantees (BG), issue sales invoices, and manage company documentation for all sales orders.

• Coordinate with outsourced shipping companies, forwarders, third-party warehouses, and logistics providers.

• Handle the return of damaged goods to the origin or factory for warranty claims.

• Collect and organize overseas documents such as delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists, and prepare documents for payment processing (T/T, T/R).

• Summarize the cost of goods sold for each project on a monthly basis.

• Prepare and present weekly sales order and sales invoice reports to the management team.

• Provide direct monthly reports to supervision.

• Ensure all administrative procedures comply with the company's ISO 9001:2015 standards.


Key performance indication.

• Achieve zero errors in the completion of all PR and PO for overseas orders.

• Ensure timely completion of document processing.

• Facilitate smooth and timely shipping and landing of goods. In case of potential delays, inform sales staff at least one month in advance to develop alternative solutions.


Required - Skill / Knowledge / Academic Qualification:
• Thai nationality, male or female, aged between 20-30 years.

• Ability to excel in a highly visible role.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated honesty, ethical conduct, and independence in work.

• Positive and proactive attitude.

• Expert stress management skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Attentive listener with understanding, empathy, and a personable nature.

• Higher Vocational Certificate or higher in commerce, management, or a related field.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel).
