Social Media Management: Participate in creating daily posts on Facebook and Instagram to showcase the school’s activities, achievements, and important announcements.
Administrative Duties: Participate in managing the school’s Facebook, Instagram and email accounts, as well as handle communications via @Line OA (official account) to maintain an active online presence.
Admission Process: Facilitate the admission process for Burmese and international families, provide guidance throughout the application process, assist with required documentation
Record Keeper: Maintain the school’s inquiry record and manage its database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on prospective students and their families.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with both Burmese and international families by answering questions, providing assistance and offering support throughout the admission process and the school’s journey.
Activity Reporting: Record and share highlights of the school’s activities by taking photos and effectively communicating the vibrant community and school activities to the public.
1. Excellent proficiency in English and Burmese, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2. Strong skills in using Canva, Google tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
3. Ability to work well in a team.
4. Prior experience in academic work or working in a school is an advantage.
