- The Coordinator will work closely with the Facility Supervisor to support all facilities activities.
- The Coordinator will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information for the Facilities Department.
- The Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Facilities Supervisor and the Facilities Department , manage office functions including, Facility Requisition Form , database management, daily Office Operations , maintenance office records, support and cooperate with external services [Cleaner Outsources] and providing general support services for the Academic and Admin staff.
- Diploma of Vocational Education or higher in engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Google tools.
- Responsible, punctual, good at problem-solving, able to work in a team, and capable of handling pressure.
- Proficient in using building design and structural analysis software.
