- Identifying customer issues and diagnosing the root of the problem.
- Providing troubleshooting and guidance to support team in resolving the customer's issues.
- Logging and updating support tickets for tracking purposes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL, Java , Shell Script
