- Create test plans, test strategy, Daily Test Progress Reports and Test Completion Status Updates.
- Working with Dev team in setting up test environments and test data.
- Identify test automation opportunities and work with the teams on execution of such plans. Perform technical and test execution activities as required.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery of testing assignments.
- Defect tracking raising, resolving, retesting, escalation, and closure.
- Able to work closely with both in-house Development team members (Dev/Test/PO/Support) and vendors for turnkey projects.
- Follow the QA processes and continuously improve the quality of the delivery and related governance.
- Perform test governance reviews and lead the governance approval discussions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields.
- 1 - 8+ years of experience in Test processes maintaining test scenarios, test cases and test steps. (1-2 yrs = Junior, 2-5 yrs. = Intermediate, 5 yrs.up = Senior)
- Background in Application Testing, System Testing Concept, and/or Software Testing Methodologies would be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 years of test automation experience is a plus.
- Experienced with Agile and cross-functional team environment
- Experienced with JIRA or any other issues tracking software
- Experienced with designing and implementing automated testing
- Experienced with both functional and performance testing
- Experienced with automation tools such as Espresso, XCUITest, Robot framework, TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium WebDriver
