Brand Planning for Domestic and International Markets:
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy and plan to activate the brand in both domestic and international markets.
Brand Budget Management:
Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment. Monitor and report on budget expenditures. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Work with Sales:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive brand growth and market penetration. Provide them with the tools and insights needed to effectively sell the brand.
POSM and Implementation:
Develop and oversee the production and implementation of Point of Sale Materials (POSM). Ensure that all POSM aligns with brand standards/image/values and effectively promotes the brand.
Running Events:
Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events to create memorable experiences for consumers. Ensure events are aligned with brand values and contribute to brand awareness and loyalty.
Brand Standards:
Maintain and enforce brand standards across all touchpoints. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
Communications Coordination:
Develop and manage communication strategies and campaigns that promote the brand’s values and products. Ensure all communications are consistent and aligned with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Community Management:
Engage with the brand’s community across social media platforms and other channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly.
Coordinate with Third Parties:
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners related to communications and promotional activities. Ensure all third-party communications align with brand standards.
Team Coordination and Management:
Coordinate and manage related teams, including purchasing, design, communications, and brand accounting. Ensure all teams are aligned with brand objectives and work collaboratively to achieve brand goals.
Product Development and Management:
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that products align with brand strategy. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness. Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or new product opportunities.
