Responsibilities

Living and Breathing the Brand:

Be the ultimate brand ambassador. Immerse yourself in the brand’s culture, values, and vision. Inspire and educate internal and external stakeholders about the brand.


Brand Planning for Domestic and International Markets:

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy and plan to activate the brand in both domestic and international markets.


Brand Budget Management:

Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment. Monitor and report on budget expenditures. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.


Work with Sales:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive brand growth and market penetration. Provide them with the tools and insights needed to effectively sell the brand.


POSM and Implementation:

Develop and oversee the production and implementation of Point of Sale Materials (POSM). Ensure that all POSM aligns with brand standards/image/values and effectively promotes the brand.


Running Events:

Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events to create memorable experiences for consumers. Ensure events are aligned with brand values and contribute to brand awareness and loyalty.


Brand Standards:

Maintain and enforce brand standards across all touchpoints. Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.


Communications Coordination:

Develop and manage communication strategies and campaigns that promote the brand’s values and products. Ensure all communications are consistent and aligned with the brand’s voice and messaging.


Community Management:

Engage with the brand’s community across social media platforms and other channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly.


Coordinate with Third Parties:

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners related to communications and promotional activities. Ensure all third-party communications align with brand standards.


Team Coordination and Management:

Coordinate and manage related teams, including purchasing, design, communications, and brand accounting. Ensure all teams are aligned with brand objectives and work collaboratively to achieve brand goals.


Product Development and Management:

Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that products align with brand strategy. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness. Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or new product opportunities.


Requirements
- Strong experience in brand/ communications/ project management, preferably in the spirit industry or in premium products and goods.
- Creative mind with a strong understanding of brands and branding.
- High quality standards and 5-star attention to detail, with the ability to maintain strong standards.
- Proven track record of running successful events.
- Successful communications experience with demonstrable results.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while having the operational ability to implement events from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Strong process implementation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in team coordination and management.

About Company
Chalong Bay, the spirit of Phuket is a handcrafted artisan pure cane rum made in the southern part of the Island. Following a strong development, and a strong demand, Chalong Bay Bar was open to cater distillery activities and F&B operations for both FIT guests, and groups last year. Chalong Bay offers various activities at its distillery and out of the distillery: Bar& Boutique, distillery tour, cocktail classes, and private events, catering, and training. On-site and Off-site operations are closely linked to trade operations of Chalong Bay.
The growing interest for our activities and venue shows the opportunity to push the development of the existing operations and set strong standards.
