• Manage the day to day relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers and coordinate actions with other internal teams
• Problem solve and negotiate when issues arise, advocate for customers within the organization, be willing to ask/challenge customers when necessary
• Develop long-term partnerships with customers, including strong relationships will multiple stakeholders and decision makers in their organization
• Identify new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, be organized and effective at follow up
• Be able to understand and explain our customer’s overall business strategy as well as their sourcing strategy
• Provide insights on customer and market opportunities, participate in the development of strategy and plans
• Represent the company, demonstrate its values, act with integrity
