Job Summary:
The Assistant Product Marketing supports the International Marketing Manager in driving the growth and development of a brand's products and services. This role involves assisting with the planning and implementation of marketing strategies, monitoring brand performance, analyzing consumer trends, and collaborating across teams to execute key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy Support: Assist in the development of short and long-term brand strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision and objectives.
• Market Research & Analysis: Work with agencies to conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and product development.
• Campaign Development & Execution: Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including TVC, digital, and social media, to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Product Launches: Support the coordination and execution of new product launches, ensuring timelines, marketing materials, and promotional strategies are in place.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and creative, to ensure consistency in messaging and product positioning.
• Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking spending, and ensuring efficient use of resources across brand activities.
• Brand Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze brand performance and KPIs, including sales, market share, penetration, switching, and awareness. Provide regular reports on progress and suggest improvements where necessary.
• Media management: Work closely with media agency to provide all required materials and adjust media plan to ensure all KPIs are achieved. As well as help develop engaging content for social media, and other platforms to promote the brand effectively
