Sales Executive (Google Workspace)
AquaOrange Software Co., Ltd.- Present and sell Google Workspace products and services to customers.
- Provide consulting and recommendations to customers regarding various Google Workspace services.
- Manage and resolve customer issues related to Google services.
- Coordinate between customers and the Google support team.
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Analyze and understand customer needs to enhance sales and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Summarize sales reports and outcomes for management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google products and services.
- Ability to resolve issues related to Google Workspace systems, such as payment problems or user domain issues.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Negotiation skills to close sales.
- Proficiency in English communication.
