Financial Planning And Analysis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect relevant data, analyze historical data, peers comparable analysis and market trends to support the development of budgeting, financial projections and analysis.
• Assess Impact of new transactions or business initiatives.
• Monitor business plans and financial forecasts to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial budgeting processes and IFRS17 closing processes.
• Manage IFRS4 and IFRS17 reconciliation processes, ensuring adherence to related control processes and facilitating effective close of IFRS17 accounts on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Enhance existing reporting processes to integrate IFRS17 requirements.
• Prepare management financial reports and presentations for senior management, stakeholders and associate company for IFRS4 & IFRS17 whilst ensuring consistency across reporting standards.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
• Perform other related function as assigned by Financial Director.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis/controlling in the middle management level
• Strong understanding of financial & accounting principles, and financial modeling
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
• Experience in Insurance Field is preferred
