- Lead the team in presenting products to architects, interior designers, and project owners to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, including architects, designers, and project owners.
- Ensure the team meets product specification goals set by the company.
- Support and guide the sales team to help close deals successfully.
- Identify new opportunities to increase sales and promote product specifications.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to help plan strategies.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track team performance.
- Plan and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and results.
- Male/Female, Thai nationality, aged 35-45 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales or marketing, with team management experience.
- Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
