Management Accounting Manager (Base Wangnoi site)
(Support related company in IRCT Group)
1.Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis and business performance insights.
2.Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
3.Provide in-depth analysis of costs, profitability, and key financial metrics to support strategic and operational decisions.
4.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
5.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports used for internal decision-making.
6.Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools for enhanced efficiency.
7.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent financial planning and reporting.
8.Provide financial insight and support for strategic projects, investment evaluations, and cost-saving initiatives.
9.Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and financial regulations.
10.Manage and mentor the management accounting team to promote professional development and performance excellence.
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s Degree or CPA/CMA is a plus).
2.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial or management accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
3.Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
4.Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or similar ERP/reporting tools).
5.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
