• Implement and manage the R&D training and learning systems.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks related to the R&D training system, including user registration, training applications, progress and result report reporting, and distribution.
• Handle and process documentation required for system implementation.
• Coordinate with headquarters, R&D dept., and overseas R&D team to ensure smooth system implementation and facilitation.
• Develop, organize, and facilitate orientation programs for new R&D employees, including scheduling training sessions and maintaining up-to-date orientation materials.
• Support the development and implementation of new training programs and initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall R&D learning and human resources development strategy.
- Bachelor Degree in Environmental, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 600)
- Good computer literacy: MS office, Excel,PPT
- Growth mindset, Self-motivated, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in automotive industry would be advantage
