- Control and responsibility for the machinery in the factory about the maintenance of the machinery in the part of machinery used in process production line.
- Coordinate daily maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Plan maintenance for machinery in the factory.
- Reduce the problem of machine downtime.
- Control inspect the work of external contractors who come to work in company for maximum, efficiency.
- Prepare documents for the team to support various system and audit. Contract supplier for price of repair work, spare part, material used in repair to work.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring necessary materials are available for maintenance activities.
- Prepare the machines that will be used in daily production and help the production line meet the daily worker targets to OEE meet the target.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and maintenance history.
- Ensure that maintenance operations comply with safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe work environment.
- Male, age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 7-14 years of experience in machinery in machinery industries include facility and utility system maintenance.
- Knowledge of proactive maintenance PM.
- Skills in Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, using various measuring tools, Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Analytical, counseling and problem solving skill.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001,14001,50001, Process improvement, Project improvement, Maintenance machine in machinery industries.
