• Perform general secretarial tasks & administrative support to MD.
• Managing MD’s schedule and assisting in planning appointments, meeting, travel arrangement, etc.
• Handling incoming and outgoing documents, emails for management
• Researching, preparing and processing confidential documents and others assigned by MD
• Ensuring MD’s important tasks move along timelines and supporting key deadlines and projects
• Coordinate with external and internal parties
• Organizing the Executive’s personal commitments in a fully trustful and professional manner
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc duties as being assigned
