Job Highlights

• Implement Infra. System is a must
• Network, Security System, Antivirus, Firewall, etc
• Hotel or Real estate business is a plus

• Manage service as user request related to IT Infrastructure, including investigate the situation and diagnose the underlying causes to ultimately assists IT Infrastructure key users in recovering or continuing operations.
• Support and solve problem IT Infrastructure also finding the best solution for end users.
• Provide updated information to users on IT Infrastructure changes and related system process e.g. Network, Security System, Antivirus, Firewall, Database Management, Backup Server etc.
• Perform other duties as supervisor assigned.
• Responsible for doing task as assigned by Head of Department

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineer, or any related fields
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure
• Must have experience in Implement Infra. System, Window server, VM ware, office 365, cisco ios command CCTV, IP Phone, PABX is be advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast learner with strong analytical, problem solving, and creativity
