Your main role is:
- Develop protocol and Architectural Hotel project options analysis: Land use plan, Zoning plan, Building Regulation Plan, and Brand Book.
- Responsible for delivering accurate, detailed information on the area program, working with feasibility modeling
- Continued knowledge base learning to ensure the latest laws and regulations have been updated per project group’s projects to optimize all options for business gain potential.
- Develop phasing strategies for Hotel projects, new and old, to ensure the most efficient use of Cost, time, and quality
Must-have qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or Real estate development or a related filed.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related area (Experience in Hotel, Retail and Mixed-use Projects is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of law & regulation related to the master plan.
- Interest in architecture, landmark/iconic architectural design/urban planning.
- Proficient in MS Office, Autocad and Sketchup
