� To provide administrative support to Sales Department and Admin Department
� To respond incoming sales enquiries by telephone, fax and emails.
� To handle customer enquiries and process sales orders
� To ensure all Sales related documents are properly and systematically file
� To undertake any other related jobs as and when necessary
� To assist Sales Team in market research, analysis
� To assist Sales in debt collection
� To organise all training, exhibition and sales related activities
� To maintain database which assigned by manager
• Bachelor Degree /Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in Sales Coordination and logistic
• Experience in purchasing
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good inter personal communication skill and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Self-started and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate : Word, Excel
