Oversee and manage the domestic sales department to meet or exceed the established sales goals.
Sales Team Monitoring and Guidance
Supervise, track, and monitor the performance of sales staff to ensure team targets are achieved.
Business Development
Identify and develop new customers and explore new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
Employee Development
Manage and implement strategies to enhance the skills and potential of team members.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and strengthen positive relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Complaint Resolution
Handle customer complaints effectively to address and meet their needs.
KPIs Preparation and Reporting
Develop and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) along with actionable solutions to supervisors.
-30 years old or older.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
-Proven ability to manage teams effectively and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
-Good communication skills in English.
-Prior experience in selling products within a related business.
-Candidates with experience selling to hotels or hospitals will be given special consideration.
-Proficiency in ERP systems, Power BI, and CRM tools.
