Purchasing Manager

1️⃣ Manage Procurement Operations – Oversee purchasing activities for both domestic and international suppliers to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

2️⃣ Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation – Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and quality.

3️⃣ Import & Export Coordination – Handle international purchasing, including logistics, customs clearance, and compliance with import/export regulations.

4️⃣ Inventory & Cost Control – Work closely with warehouse and finance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and control procurement costs.

5️⃣ Quality & Compliance Assurance – Ensure all procured goods meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

6️⃣ KPI & Reporting – Prepare and analyze purchasing reports for management review and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

At least 5-10 years of experience in purchasing, with a focus on both local and international procurement.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of import/export regulations, INCOTERMS, and supply chain best practices.

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience in the manufacturing, hospitality, or FMCG industry is a plus.
