1. Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with Shipping & Forwarder, Supply Chain team of Manufacturer (both overseas and locals), Demand Planner, Sales support, Procurement and Finance.
2. Set guideline to ensure compliance with Logistic regulations including Tariff code interpretation (e.g. Customs, BOI, ISO requirements)
3. Drive and monitor performance of shipment lead time, order accuracy, etc.
4. Coordinate with Procurement and Finance to prepare import duty.
5. Coordinate with Shipping agent to ensure smooth Customs Clearance process.
6. Manage goods receiving process, ensure thorough inspection of quantity and appearance of incoming stock and collaborate with 3rd party Warehouse.
7. Manage delivery process and return processes of goods, collaborate with 3rd party warehouse and Customer Service.
8. Flag Logistics issues and escalate to supervisor and management as necessary
9. Deploy Logistics standards, policies, and performance expectations
10. Align with cost savings policy in logistics and warehousing matters
11. Monitor own performance and address gaps; prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports.
12. Provide sufficient information for damage stock and coordinate with warehouse for damage stock releasing.
a. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
b. Logistics or equivalent
c. Shipping – Import – Export knowledge
d. Warehouse management
e. Be self-motivated and able to work hard; willing to change
f. Strong communication skills; interact effectively within the organization and business partners
g. High performance of Computer literature skill especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point
h. Be able to work independently and work well under pressure.
