Maintenance Manager

1. Taking care of maintenance process of machines and facilities, utilities in the factory

2. Making regularly maintenance plan and also preventive maintenance plan

3. Taking care of fixing the sudden defect of machines, analyze the root cause

4. Summarize monthly working report and find the best solution in order to prevent the defect

5. Project Lead, Improvement & KAIZEN for maintenance mechanical and Electrical

6. Coordinate with related department to reduce problems

7. Manpower Control, Budget Control, Training, Operation Management, Contractors and Service Providers

8. Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work

9. Mechanical and Electrical designing

10. Mechanical and Electrical spare part controlling

11. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

12. Keep Maintenance logs and report on daily activities

13. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with the Company 

14. Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition

15. Manage team members to certify on required licenses for operation per law and regulation (if any)

16. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times

17. Deliver and hoc tasks per assignment from Operations Director and Managing Director
