• Focus on Partnerships and Alliances: Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures that support business growth and expansion.
• Examine economic and market trends and conditions that affect the company, and develop strategies to take full advantage of any changing circumstances.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging markets, and potential areas for business expansion.
• Plan strategies and activities of Business Development and Coordinate with Operations and Building Team.
• Oversee business development budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints
