Account Manager
T CORPORATION CO.,LTD.- Build and develop relationships with customers, with a focus on telecommunication product and solution.
- Creates account plans for all assigned customers and responsible for execution of account plans
- Drive the team's performance to achieve sales/revenue targets and objectives.
- Operate assigned projects from lead to cash, ensure project success and quality.
- Responsible for creating/maintaining sales forecasts, including Pipeline Creation and Execution
- Engage with customers, understanding their networking infrastructure needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Co-ordinate with presales team, providing guidance and support to output the tailor-made solution according to customer demand.
- Collaborate with vendors for opportunity creation, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Create and deploy sales strategies to position our solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Telecom Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the IT/Telecom industry at least 3-5 years, particularly with telecom networking solution.
- Strong customer relationship skills and experience managing sales/presales teams.
- Has technical knowledge in telecom networking solutions and technologies to initially understand customer requirement and effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Eager to enhance knowledge in industry trends, new technologies, and market demand for telecommunication domain.
- Experience in managing vendors/suppliers, to enhance partner collaboration.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Be able to travel to provincial areas.
