Responsibilities

1. Team Support:

Assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing the accounting team and daily operations.

Act as a point of contact for team members to address operational and technical accounting questions.

2. Financial Reporting:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Assist in consolidating financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

3. Compliance and Audit:

Support compliance with tax regulations, accounting policies, and internal controls.

Assist in coordinating with external auditors and addressing audit queries.

4. Budgeting and Analysis:

Help in preparing budgets and forecasts.

Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve financial performance.

5. Accounts Management:

Oversee specific areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll, ensuring processes are efficient and accurate.

Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.

6. Meeting Preparation:

Assist in preparing financial reports and materials for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary Annual General Meeting (EAGM).

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with statutory requirements for these meetings.

Qualifications:
- Female age 35-40 years.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage).

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.

- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication in English and leadership abilities.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.

Wage Working Conditions :
- Salary depends on ability.

- Working Location : Pattanakarn Rd., Suanluang, Bangkok.

- Working Hour: Mon- Fri / 08:30 – 17:30

- 4 Saturday working / year for inventory checking / 8:30 - 12:30
