Sales Administrator

Department: Sales Division / Sales Department

Salary: 18,000 - 30,000 (Negotiable)

Age: 24 - 30 years old

Gender: Male or Female, Thai Nationality ONLY!!

Education: Bachelor Degree in Related fields

Experience: Min. 1 years 

IT literacy: Good computer skill in MS Office (such like Excel)

Language: Good command of English

TOEIC SCORE: Over 600

Job Responsibility:

- Communication within company group, customers and service providers

- Receive order and or forecast from customer and calculate order to factories

- Monitor order and shipping status of customer and factory not to short

- Communicate between Sales and Customer Support Division for order and shipping status

- Communicate with factories and confirm shipment plan

- Communicate with customers for meeting customer delivery request

- Response for Customer Support Division and Sales documents (Filing)

- Prepare any required documents or reports to the Management

- To manage company assigned activities related to the business, such as ISO/IATF

- Travel to customers or factories when necessary

- Other assignment as Manager requested

Job Specification:

- Good English communication skill with Company group and Customers

- Knowledge of Import&Export, Custom clearance

- OEM ordering and or Logistic experience

- Logically understand and conduct repeated tasks

- Experience in ERP(QAD) system will be advantage

- Working experience with freight forwarder will be advantage

- Experience in Automotive OEM or OEM relative background
