JOB SUMMARY:
- Work with suppliers to obtain quotations and lead time as user’s requests as a routine job.
- Prepare equipment information to IE and users in terms of lead time, obsoleted parts and replacement on monthly basis.
- Work with engineering team to obtain and update design package.
- Coordinates supplier and safety team in unexpected situations, i.e Covid-19
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Request RFQ with best quality cost and lead time.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to meet the company KPI.
Education Required: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation Engineering.
Skill Required:
- Knowledge of basic engineering both mechanical and electrical as well as machine operation.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Have a good human relation.
- Knowledge of Excel and Power point presentations.
Experience: 5-8 years.
