1. ให้ความช่วย Area Development Manager ในการพัฒนาศูนย์คุมอง
2. เดินทางไปเยี่ยมศูนย์คุมอง สังเกตสภาพการเรียนการสอนในคลาสเรียนร่วมกับ Area Development Manager และเยี่ยมศูนย์ด้วยตนเอง
3. วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์จากข้อมูล ดัชนีต่างๆและจากสถานการณ์ที่เห็นและให้คำแนะนำกับศูนย์หรือผู้เกี่ยวข้องได้
3. รับผิดชอบงานเอกสารที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• สัญชาติไทย
• ชายหรือหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขาวิชา
• มีความสนใจในการพัฒนาบุคคลด้วยศึกษา
• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
• มีทักษะการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
