- Develop marketing strategies, plans, and communication campaigns for both domestic and international markets:
- Analyze market research data and company-provided marketing data.
- Effectively analyze marketing information using various marketing models.
- Develop new business opportunities through product and brand portfolio management:
- Analyze the performance of existing portfolio products and identify growth opportunities.
- Explore new categories or segments with potential to diversify the brand’s offerings and meet consumer demands.
- Create innovative marketing communication strategies:
- Define objectives, goals, and evaluation metrics for communication plans to provide clear briefs to agencies or in-house teams.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies and assess the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Manage annual marketing budgets:
- Plan and monitor budget utilization and evaluate outcomes of marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Prior experience in the FMCG business will be an advantage.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies, plans, and communication campaigns.
- Proficient in identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive business growth.
- Skilled in creating innovative marketing communication strategies across both online and offline channels, with the ability to assess and refine them.
