NOC Engineer

- Monitor & Maintain Server and Network infrastructure and ensure relevant departments are informed of potential risks/service impacts on a timely manner.
- Monitor backup process, system log, security log and report suspicious activity to direct supervisor.
- Respond to Security, Network and Service events, open and assign trouble tickets when needed, and report such events to direct supervisor.
- Serve as a focal person in an event of outages/service impacts.
- Interact with Infrastructure, Application Support team and other departments to resolve necessary issues.
- Work in a 24/7 NOC environment: being on call 24/7, attend to alarm system, and operate a shift work as assigned.
- Other assignments as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields
- 0 - 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or NOC
- Good command of English
- Attitude to learn quickly, and ability to multitask
