Hr Manager
GEORG JENSEN (THAILAND) LTD.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the key point of contact for all GJTH HR activities.
- Ensure effective employee and community communication.
- Provide guidance to GJTH management and support on employee relations.
- Maintain good relationships with external stakeholders, government authorities. These include Thai labor department, immigration, social security, skill development center and local municipality.
- Provide employee support services and counseling.
- Maintain high standard of employee’s welfare, wellness health, working conditions, amenities such as canteen, restroom, medical assistance , education, recreation facilities.
- Ensure effective on boarding and exit processes.
- Training & Development Co-ordination.
- Compliance with Thai Labor Standards.
- Company CSR activities co-ordination.
- Oversee general affairs and administrative functions.
- Key member of GJTH Management team.
- GJTH HR representative for Fiskars SC HR group.
Education:
BA in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Public Administration, or related fields
MBA or MA is an advantage
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in HR management level
Experience in an international company
Skills:
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Thai Labor Law and other employee-related legislation
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English
Strong leadership, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
