Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and attract qualified candidates.

• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial assessments, and interview potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Diversity and Inclusion: Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts by ensuring a diverse slate of candidates and promoting an inclusive hiring process.

• Job Description Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract the right talent.

Requirements

• Less than two years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
