Sales&Marketing Manager / Senior Sales&Marketing Manager (IT and eCommerce Service)
AsiaPay (Thailand) Ltd- Devise and implement effective Sales and Marketing strategic plans to grow the business and market shares within Hong Kong and targeted markets
- Lead sales team to achieve company's goals with high standard of professional and compliance excellence
- Establish and manage strong relationship with banks, merchants and business partners
- Proactive in delivering quality account management services to existing key account clients
- Identify new sales and product opportunities and develop new prospect key account leads
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team members
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Presen sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify competition status and take appropriate actions to counter competition without lowering rates/prices
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, IT or related discipline
- At least 10 years relevant sales management and development experience in IT, eBusiness or eMarketing
- Experience in Banking, ePayament, eBusiness, industry will be an advantage
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communication. present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process form plan to close
- Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to succeed
- Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
- Self-motivated, hard working and able to work independently with strong sales drive
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
