Secretary
AsiaPay (Thailand) Ltd- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to CEO and executives by managing an up-to-date schedules of appointments, business functions and travel arrangement
- Coordinate logistics needs for business meetings or conferences and prepare meeting agenda, minutes or related materials
- Handle internal and external business correspondences, and reporting
- Lead administrative supports in local and overseas offices
- Manage the deployment of management initiatives with local and oversees teams
- Manage to support PR, marketing and employee relation activities
- Manage to support other ad-hoc projects and duties
- Degree holder with formal secretarial training will be an advantageAt least 5-6 years of relevant working experience, preferably serving senior management
- Good command of written and spoken English. Other language an added advantage
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently under pressure
- Possess good organizational skills, proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Word Processing
